Dome Mountain Project Update
The development of the Dome Mountain gold-silver mine near Smithers, British Columbia is on schedule for commencing ore shipments during the third quarter of 2011. This will be accomplished in spite of the challenges related to a greater than normal snow pack and the late arrival of spring weather. |

Initial Tranche Financing Closed on Dome Mountain Project
Management of Metal Mountain Resources Inc. ("Metal Mountain") is pleased to announce that on November 25, 2010 Metal Mountain agreed to complete certain transactions involving its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gavin Mines Inc. ("Gavin Mines"), which will result in Metal Mountain transferring and selling the mineral property interests comprising the Dome Mountain Project to Gavin Mines for $4,112,527, which sum will be paid to Metal Mountain by way of promissory notes ("Promissory Notes") and through the issuance of 650,000 common shares of Gavin Mines. Gavin Mines will be the operating Company for the Dome Mountain Mine. |
Construction Begun at Dome Mountain Project
Work on the sedimentation pond began with removal and stockpiling of organic overburden in August. Cut and fill earthworks and compacting of material proceeded from September 1 to October 8. The sedimentation pond will collect water draining from the 1290 Level Underground Portal, for processing in the water treatment plant. |
Diamond Drilling Completed for August-September 2010 Program and Preliminary Assays Received.
Exploration diamond drilling performed on Dome Mountain Project during August and September 2010 comprised 23 holes, with a total length of 3044.5 metres. Ten holes were planned as follow up to the successful February program in the area of the future sedimentation pond. These holes were designed to test for eastward extension of the Boulder Footwall Vein found in Dome Mountain Mine. Holes were drilled on cross-sections 40 metres apart. One hole near the 1290 Portal targeted the Boulder Footwall Vein between historic drillholes. |

Dome Mountain Prefeasibility Study Complete
Metal Mountain Resources Inc. and Gavin Mines Inc. (the "Companies") are pleased to announce the results of a positive Prefeasibility Study ("PFS") on the Dome Mountain Gold - Silver Project, 38 kilometres east of Smithers, in northwest British Columbia. The PFS was completed by independent consultants Christine Linden and Steve Cutler of Linden Mining & Consulting, 0863732 BC Ltd. (Linden). The results of the PFS are favorable and indicate that the project development model as presently conceived is technically feasible. |
Dome Mountain Mine Permits Issued
Management is pleased to announce that the Ministry of Energy, Mines and Petroleum Resources and the Ministry of the Environment have issued two permits (Mine Permit and Effluent Permit) necessary to commence mining on the Dome Mountain Project. |

Two holes (DM-10-055 and DM-10-056) were planned as condemnation drilling in the area of a proposed tailings pond, approximately 1300m northeast of 1290m (Lower) Portal.....
